This cheeky little sun hat has a soft fabric crown and brim just over 3″ wide. There is even an optional drawstring that you can add to keep the hat on in a stiff breeze. I made mine using medium weight cotton (quilting cotton) and I even made one out of laminated fabric for the Portland rain – hence the name.
